Scheduling a session
At the time of booking an appointment you will be asked to leave a contact address and telephone number
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you do not turn up for a session then a full fee will be chanrged.
Payments
Payments can be made by cheque or cash. Unfortunately, at present, MindWorks can not accept credit/debit cards.
Privacy Policy
MindWorks does not collect information from visitors to this website. Any information collected during sessions is confidential and MindWorks complies with the Data Protection Act and works within GHR Code of Ethics. Your details will not be added to any mailing list and requests for feedback on the efficacy of your treatment will only be saught after prior consent.
